Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lonedog.com.au (the "Site") and/or purchasing or participating in any Personal Training, Group Training, Kettlebell Training, or Nutrition Coaching services ("Services") provided by Lonedog PTY LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Fitness and Health Disclaimer (Crucial Section)

  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in physical training, especially strength and endurance activities like Kettlebell Training, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the Services.

  • Medical Clearance: You must inform your Lonedog Coach of all pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, and health concerns. We strongly recommend that you consult with a physician or other healthcare provider before beginning any training or nutrition program.

  • Nutrition Coaching: Our nutrition advice is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical doctor or dietitian. We provide guidance and education; we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. You should always consult your medical professional regarding dietary changes.

3. Client Obligations

  • You agree to accurately disclose all relevant health and fitness information requested by your Coach.

  • You agree to immediately inform your Coach if you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury during a session.

  • You agree to comply with all safety instructions and warnings provided by Lonedog staff.

4. Financial Terms, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Fees: All fees for personal training packages, group sessions, and coaching services are clearly displayed and must be paid in advance or as agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement.

  • Cancellations: For Personal Training, cancellations must be made with [e.g., 24 hours] notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Refunds: All sales of training packages and coaching services are generally final. Refunds or credits will be considered solely at Lonedog's discretion where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5. Training Environment

You agree to respect the gym environment and Lonedog staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a training agreement for inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with safety rules, or breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Lonedog PTY LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lonedog PTY LTD and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or services, except where prohibited by Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for any breach of a condition or warranty implied by law is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
